As Jirav’s CEO, Todd Stanley leads Jirav’s mission to transform financial planning and analysis into a strategic advantage for accountants and CFOs.

Todd is an accomplished SaaS and FinTech executive with over 25 years of experience leading and transforming high-growth global technology businesses. He specializes in customer-centric innovation, product scaling, and SaaS growth acceleration, bringing a wealth of expertise to the Jirav.

Prior to Jirav, Todd held leadership roles at Intuit, where he led product and business teams for TurboTax, QuickBooks, and other flagship offerings. He has also served as an advisor and investor to high-growth companies across technology, AI and financial services.

Based in San Diego, Todd combines operational expertise with a passion for helping organizations leverage data and technology to drive performance.

Camila Segura is the VP of Finance at Jirav. Previously, Camila held senior finance leadership roles across technology, consumer, and services organizations, including serving as Corporate Controller. She began her career at Deloitte, where she built a strong foundation in accounting, reporting, and financial controls.

As a career finance professional and CPA, CA, Camila has spent over 12 years working closely with executive teams to strengthen financial planning, improve visibility into performance, and scale finance operations. Throughout her career, she has been focused on bridging the gap between accounting, FP&A, and business strategy to support better decision-making.

She holds an MBA from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from McGill University.

Adrianna leads the Professional Services, Support and Education teams at Jirav. She has combined her passion for FP&A, deep product expertise and experience with multiple FP&A software solutions for over a decade to set up customers for success. She has helped hundreds of customers solve business challenges & provide meaningful forecasts to make educated business decisions. She loves giraffes!

Rani Singh is the Head of Product at Jirav, leading product vision, strategy, and execution. With over a decade of experience across product management, solutions consulting, and financial systems, she brings a strong blend of strategic thinking and hands-on delivery. Rani has worked across high-growth startups and large enterprises, translating complex financial needs into clear, focused product experiences.

Erika Keenan is the People Operations Manager at Jirav. She leads the company’s HR strategy, recruitment, and cultural initiatives.

With over a decade of experience in People Operations, Erika specializes in building high-performing cultures and managing complex logistics for growing teams. She is passionate about the "human" side of the business, overseeing everything from talent development and employee engagement  to trade shows. You might have even seen her wearing a giraffe onesie at a Jirav conference booth, bringing the same energy and creativity to external events that she brings to internal culture.

Having spent the last five years at Jirav, Elizabeth is passionate about the intersection of financial technology and partner success. Elizabeth leads the sales function here, and is dedicated to helping customers evaluate our platform through the lens of long-term ROI, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our end-to-end client journey is as efficient as the financial models we help our users build.

Michael Waage is the Head of Engineering at Jirav, leading the technical vision and development of the platform. With over 15 years of experience in software engineering, Michael brings broad expertise across the full breadth of the software stack.

Michael has spent his career thriving in dynamic, fast-paced environments where versatility matters — taking on diverse responsibilities, adapting quickly to evolving needs, and collaborating across teams. As the software industry continues this period of rapid transformation driven by an ever-evolving array of AI tools and technologies, he is focused on helping Jirav stay ahead of the curve.
