Your information may be used by Jirav for the purposes provided for herein. We will not pass your personal information to anyone else, except the suppliers that process data on our behalf via our servers in the United States or wherever our cloud servers are located.  In addition, if we are acquired by or merged with another company, if substantially all of our assets are transferred to another company, or as part of a bankruptcy proceeding, we may transfer the information we have collected from you to the other company.  We will not share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
